Partial Hospitalization
A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) enables you to receive evidence-based treatment without an extended residential stay. It is a slight step down from residential treatment in that you are commuting to treatment rather than living on campus. This can mean that you are attending the same activities you would in residential treatment seven days a week but returning home at night, or that you attend only a select number of days throughout the week.
Our approach includes:
- Assessment
- Treatment planning
- Medication-assisted addiction recovery
- Monitoring
- Continuous care planning

Foundations Recovery Network can help you identify the root cause of your behaviors and develop a plan for healing. Our approach is focused on creating lasting change.
Your personalized care plan may include:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which teaches you to change troublesome thoughts and behavior patterns
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which helps you accept your current circumstances and challenges so they don’t keep you stuck in addiction
- Cognitive processing therapy (CPT), which teaches patients how to modify unhelpful beliefs related to the trauma they suffered
- Medically assisted treatment (MAT)
- Motivational enhancement therapy, which uses a stages-of-change approach
- Family therapy, including family weekends with educational healing programs
- Psychoeducational and experiential therapy sessions
- Relapse prevention and continuing care planning for long-term success
